The most recent release of 21C Irish Whiskey. A unique blend from the 16 Irish distilleries, this blend was released exclusively for Whiskey Live Dublin 2019. Everything from whiskey, bottle capsules, label design, label printing, bottling, wax seal and delivery was all provided free of charge by very generous friends. All proceeds go to Down Syndrome Ireland. Limited to 120 bottles.

Aromas (without water)
Malted grains, vanilla, fresh oak, orange zest, strawberry yoghurt and pears. Some subtle beer aromas with a slightly hoppy, floral note.
Flavour
A combination of fresh oak, tannin, ginger and peppery spice along with some bitter lemon and quinine. Fruity notes of poached pears, vanilla, pineapple and dried fruits.
